| Our Company Headquarters is located approximately
40 minutes northwest of Dayton. This location primarily serves our clients along the I-75 corridor
from Northern Kentucky to Lima, as well as the I-70 corridor from Springfield, OH to Richmond, IN.
In 2008, we purchased a building in Middletown, OH to aid in better serving our clients in the
Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. This has greatly assisted us in expanding our reach of service
to the construction industry. |

During the spring, summer, fall, and often into the winter we
maintain between 35 and 45 employees. 5 crews work out of the Company Headquarters and 3 crews work
out of the Middletown Office.
